Longwood Gardens night lights

Famed British lighting installation designer Bruce Munro is coming to the US this summer. His work will be on display at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA  June 9-September 1. Here are  a few examples of his work. He has done many large  installations, most are featured on his You Tube channel here.

the disassembly of a flower

Qi Wei created a series of simply composed flower petal compositions that she calls Exploded Flowers.  They are so appealing in their simplicity and beauty.

 She then took the concept one step further and created "floral paintings" using the flower petals as brush strokes.
