a fall salad


Field Greens
Roast chicken breasts cut in 1 inch pieces
Unpeeled apple slices (1 inch)
Goat cheese
Dried Cranberries

White Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 part White Balsamic Vinegar
3 parts Olive oil
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper
